Maintenance
Many people are unaware that insurance policies may, within the small print, require an electrical safety inspections (known as an Electrical Installation Condition Report or EICR) to be carried out on domestic properties every 10 years or 5 years for Landlord properties. Not only is this prudent and ensures the peace of mind of the homeowner, it is also an opportunity to evaluate the condition of the wiring systems, accessories, and domestic installation as a whole and maybe consider the new technology that is available in this modern world.
With an electrical safety inspection provided by Artisan Electrical, you can be sure that your electrical systems are functioning to the best of their ability and latent faults that would not be showing themselves normally are found, traced to the source and rectified with your safety being of upmost importance.
Surge Protection
With the increasing cost of electrical equipment and entertainment systems, and now with the introduction of the 18th additional wiring regulations BS7671, surge protection must be considered in all new consumer & distribution units. Whilst the initial cost of surge protection device maybe considered an expensive outlay, the destruction caused to electronic components during atmospheric surges i.e. lightning strikes, could be far more expensive and in some cases, insurance companies may not cover such events.

Fast, efficient and reliable. Stay out of his way because he is like a whirlwind and just gets the job done and well. We had to change the plan as an electrical point didn't fit for the medical facility and this was no bother. Right. There was no messing about. Steve told me and showed me exactly what was wrong and , excuse the punn, I was shocked. I feel stupid for not getting a structural survey done as I could have saved a fortune but I did not think there was anything wrong with the place. We had to start again and Steve was AMAZING and reliable and funny to work with and kind and professional. A personal touch to the job made it go well and he came up with ideas that worked better than ours! I cannot recommend him enough. Go for it!
